LAPORAN AKHIR KEBIDANAN DALAM KONTEKS CONTINUITY OF CARE (COC) ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “TA” UMUR 27 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 31 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS DI RUMAH SAKIT PRIMA MEDIKA TAHUN 2023

The goal of Indonesia's health development is the achievement of Healthy Indonesia in 2025, which is shown by reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and decreasing Infant Mortality Rate (IMR).To find out the results of care given to mothers 'AR' from Trimester III pregnancy to the puerperium and newborns who are given obstetric care according to standards and take place physiologically or pathologically. This study uses case studies with primary and secondary data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from Maret to Juni 2023. The development of the 'TA' maternal pregnancy is physiological. Provision of therapy tailored to the collaboration that has been done. Mother with vaginal delivery without complications. The first stage lasts for 4 hours from opening three to complete, the second stage lasts for 30 minutes, the third stage lasts for 5 minutes and the fourth stage monitoring is within normal limits. The baby is born crying immediately, active muscle tone, reddish skin and 2,810 gram birth weight. The therapies have been approriate with the result of collaboration and references. Therefore, it was important to provide midwife care according to standard as an effort to observed and detected about complication in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and infant.
