Abstract
Continuity Of Care (CoC) in midwifery services is a service through a continuous service model for women throughout pregnancy, birth and the post-partum period. The research entitled “Continuous Midwifery Care for Mrs. “NA” 23 years old who was given care based on standards at” was carried out using the case study method consisted of a single unit. The single unit referred to a mother who was given care from pregnancy to family planning with the application of Varney’s 7 steps midwifery care at the initial assessment and by using the SOAP method (Subjective, Objective, Analysis, Management). The research design was multi-case, namely cases of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and new born to neonates and family planning (KB). The results showed that midwifery care was given to Mr”.NA”starting from 37 weeks of gestation until delivery, during the delivery process, the postpartum period, the labour period, babies from new born to 28 days old, and family planning ( KB) get services according to midwifery service standards. In conclusion, after being given Continuity Of Care (CoC)
midwifery care, the delivery process runs physiologically and there are no conditions that endanger the mother and baby.
